Are you searching for a rewarding career in education? Cumberland County Schools (CCS) is looking for exceptional professionals to join its team for the 2025-2026 school year. To recruit top talent, CCS is hosting two Teacher Job Fairs to fill open positions across the district.
The job fairs will be held from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, April 5, and Saturday, May 3, at Gray's Creek High School, located at 5301 Celebration Drive in Hope Mills, NC.
These three-hour hiring events will give prospective candidates the opportunity to connect with school administrators and district leaders, explore available positions and potentially interview on the spot. There is no cost to attend and pre-registration is not required. However, attendees are encouraged to bring 30–50 copies of their résumé for distribution and possible interviews.
"Attracting top talent is essential to our mission of student success," said Ruben Reyes, the associate superintendent of CCS Human Resources. "We are dedicated to recruiting, supporting and retaining outstanding educators, leaders and staff who inspire learning and make a meaningful impact in our schools and community. Our job fair is an opportunity to connect with passionate professionals who have a desire to work in a district committed to excellence."
As the fifth-largest school district in North Carolina, CCS serves 86 schools and stands as the second-largest employer in Cumberland County. The district offers a wide range of employee benefits and incentives, including exclusive local discounts through partnerships with area businesses.
